Bring your Fathom call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries into Myuser's Sales Hub - next to your native dialer recordings - and let Master AI answer questions about what happened on your calls.

What the integration does

• Recordings in Sales Hub: every Fathom meeting appears in Sales Hub -> Call Recordings with duration, attendees, a "Recorded by Fathom" tag, and a link to watch.
• Exec attribution: Myuser matches the meeting host's email against your team's exec emails so each call is credited to the right person.
• Lead matching: external attendees are matched to your campaign leads by email, connecting the recording to the lead's timeline.
• Transcripts + summaries: the full transcript and Fathom's AI summary are stored, so Master AI can answer "what objections came up yesterday?" or "summarize my last call with ACME" without you opening Fathom.

Total setup time: about 2 minutes - but note the plan requirement below first.

Before you start: plan requirement

Fathom's API is available on Team Edition plans (Standard or Pro). On the free plan the API key page exists but external API calls are limited - if the test fails with a permissions error, that's the reason.

Step 1 - Create an API key

1. Log in to Fathom (fathom.video).
2. Click your profile picture (top right) -> Settings.
3. Open the API Access section (under Integrations).
4. Click Generate API Key, name it Myuser, and copy the key.

Step 2 - Paste it into Myuser

1. In Myuser open Product Settings -> Integrations.
2. Scroll to Integrate into your recording software -> Fathom.
3. Paste the key in the Fathom API key field.
4. Click Test integration - Myuser lists your recent meetings to confirm access and saves the key automatically on success.

What to expect

• The first sync pulls your recent meetings; after that Myuser checks for new recordings every couple of hours.
• Each recording keeps a stable link back to Fathom - "watch" opens the call inside Myuser when a playable URL is available, with an "open in Fathom" fallback.
• Only meetings your API key can see are synced (your own calls, plus team calls if your role allows).

Troubleshooting

• Test fails with 401/403: your plan doesn't include API access, or the key was revoked - regenerate it in Fathom settings.
• Calls credited to the wrong exec: exec matching uses the meeting email on each exec's profile in Myuser - make sure it matches the email the exec uses in their calendar/Fathom account.
• A call is missing: Fathom only exposes processed recordings; a call that just ended can take a few minutes to appear.
